OPINION OF THE COURT

PER CURIAM:

In August of 1970, a two count indictment was returned charging the appellant with transporting in interstate commerce two falsely made and forged Travelers Express money orders, knowing the same to have been falsely made and forged in violation of 18 U.S.C., § 2314.1 In addition, appellant was charged under 18 U.S.C., § 2.
