Pasquale LaRocco was killed in a grade crossing accident in 1963. His administratrix brought suit against the Debtor's predecessor, in the Supreme Court of the County of Albany, State of New York, and, shortly before bankruptcy, obtained a verdict upon which judgment was entered on June 10, 1970.
