This is a habeas corpus proceeding instituted by plaintiff, Mrs. Doris Dieringer, against her adopted daughter, Brenda Mae ("Penny") to determine the custody of the latter's minor son, Derrick ("Rickey") Alan Heiney. From a decree dismissing the writ, plaintiff appeals.
