By this action plaintiffs seek to set aside a trustee's foreclosure sale held on September 28, 1971, of certain real estate in St. Louis County, Missouri. They invoke our jurisdiction under Sections 1983, 42 U.S.C. and 1343(3), 28 U.S.C. on the theory that by causing the foreclosure sale defendants thereby deprived plaintiffs, under color of state law, of rights...
