This is an action brought under Title IV of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (29 U.S.C. § 481 et seq.) in which the plaintiff, Secretary of Labor James D. Hodgson, seeks to set aside the election of officers of the defendant, Local 610, United Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers of America of October 6 and 7, 1970.
