HODGES, Justice.

Defendant Glen Perkins McCune was convicted of second-degree murder as a result of the shooting to death one Chester Palek at the home of defendant's former wife. The defendant urges reversal on several grounds, none of which we find to be meritorious. We therefore affirm.
