This case presents search and seizure objections raised by a Motion to Suppress filed by the defendant. The U.S. Customs officials in Miami, Florida, opened and examined packages addressed to Robert L. Coughlin, a resident of Birmingham, Michigan, containing a return address in the British West Indies.
