David Wilderman brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, seeking reinstatement as a welfare caseworker for the Missouri Division of Public Welfare and damages against his former superiors and supervisors in the welfare division. In response to defendants' motion the district court granted summary judgment dismissing the action. Wilderman v. Nelson, 335 F.Supp. 1381
