A jury convicted appellant Sherman Vernon Lyles, Jr., on four substantive counts of uttering forged postal money orders in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 500 and on one count of conspiring to utter forged postal money orders in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2. On appellant's contention that fingerprint evidence should have been suppressed because it was obtained by an unlawful search, we remand the case to the District Court for a hearing...
