Respondent Primitiva A. Garcia filed a claim for unemployment compensation following her separation from employment with petitioner, Harold Nursing Home, on February 21, 1972. The deputy's decision of no award was reversed by the referee who granted claimant a full award of benefits. The Industrial Commission affirmed the decision of the referee. The employer has appealed to this court. We reverse.
