C. R. Schlicht and his wife, Lorraine Schlicht, appellants, filed separate claims against the estate of Gladys M. Castleton for compensation for services rendered to the deceased. Each claim was for services allegedly rendered from December 16, 1966, to April 25, 1971, a 52 month period, at the rate of $325 per month. Each claim amounted to $16,900 for a total of $33,800.
