On September 23, 1970, petitioner filed a motion under 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255 to vacate judgment and sentence imposed by this Court on June 3, 1966. The petitioner alleged as his basis for relief the perjury of two government witnesses, Dudley Brown and Richard Patch, and entrapment.
