A detailed statement of the Court's reasons for affirmance would serve no precedential value, see Local Rule 21,1 except insofar as the decision interprets the three-year statute of limitations for the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 255, as amended in 1966.
