Nor did I, nor, so far as I know, did counsel, have notice of the proposed action of the Judicial Council of the First Circuit, taken April 12, 1972, nor so far as I am aware, has the Circuit Council any authority to issue the order it did, since it has the obvious purpose of interfering with...
