William Hester and Faye Frances Witherspoon challenge their convictions arising out of a conspiracy to distribute narcotics. At their trial, Joseph Nardoni, an alleged coconspirator,1 testified that he had agreed to supply a group of buyers (actually federal agents) with heroin.
