This is an action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for damages for alleged wrongful termination of employment in violation of plaintiff's First Amendment rights. Defendant has moved for summary judgment, claiming that plaintiff has failed to exhaust his administrative remedies under the Tenure for Teachers Act, M.S.A. § 15.1971 et seq., M.C.L.A. § 38.71 et seq.
