Appellants, and each of them, were charged by separate informations for the burglary of a grocery store in the town of Dacoma, Woods County, Oklahoma. Appellants were separately tried before different juries, and each found guilty of the crime of Burglary in the Second Degree, and sentenced to a term of Two Years in accordance with the separate jury verdicts.
