Samuel Crittle was convicted of robbery armed by a jury in Berrien County. MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797.

The victim of the alleged offense testified that on April 7, 1970, defendant entered the grocery store where she worked. He produced a toy handgun and stated, "This is a hold-up". She gave him the folding money from the register which he took and fanned out on the counter. He had a mask, but didn't...
