Plaintiffs were involved in an automobile accident on August 25, 1965, and received injuries which were treated at defendant St. Joseph Hospital. Defendant Dr. Feller was the emergency physician who treated Ruth Dyke. This action was instituted against defendants Richard for negligence in the operation of their vehicle, against defendant Feller for malpractice in failing properly to diagnose the injuries...
