FEINBERG, Circuit Judge:

Following a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Jack B. Weinstein, J., appellants John Carneglia, Salvatore DeVito and Louis Inzerillo were convicted of possessing goods stolen while in interstate commerce, knowing the same to have been stolen, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 659. Carneglia and DeVito were sentenced to five years imprisonment, Inzerillo to four.1
