This is an action by the United States of America for the condemnation of 20 "Dealer's Choice" mechanical poker machines by which the plaintiff asked that the machines be forfeited to the United States upon the grounds that they are coin operated gaming devices as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 4462(a) (1).
