Claimant petitions this court for attorney fees to be paid by employer for his successful appeal to this court of an adverse judgment of the circuit court, Giese v. Safeway Stores, Or. App., 95 Adv.Sh. 622, 499 P.2d 1364 (1972), and for his unsuccessful appeal to the circuit court of the adverse decision of the Workmen's Compensation Board.
