This is an appeal from an entry by the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County, Ohio, overruling defendant's motion for a new trial.

There is no substantial dispute on the facts. The plaintiff, appellee herein, is a stock brokerage corporation with branch offices in Cincinnati, Ohio. On April 28, 1969, the defendant, the appellant, presented a stock certificate to the plaintiff's representative for 1,080 shares of Santa Fe International, Inc....
