In this proceeding petitioner Wagner Electric Corporation seeks judicial review of an order dated August 28, 1971 of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration which amended Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 108 governing the performance of turn signal and hazard warning flashers.
