BRETT, Judge:

Appellant, Kenneth Eugene Sutton, was jointly tried with his wife and co-defendant, Rosalie Irene Sutton, for the offense of Second Degree Burglary. Kenneth Eugene Sutton, who will hereafter be referred to as defendant, as he appeared at his trial, was also confronted with an After Former Conviction of a Felony charge. The jury assessed defendant's punishment at twelve (12) years...
