The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filed suit against six individual defendants and two partnerships1 to compel their compliance with the reporting procedures prescribed by section 709(c) of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C.A. § 2000e-8(c).2 The disputed reports were eventually submitted to the Commission several months later...
