Defendants, Roger L. Wood and Gerald Cox, were convicted by a jury of armed robbery pursuant to MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797. They were sentenced to a term of from 10 to 20 years imprisonment and appeal as of right.

The prosecution's evidence showed that on the day of the robbery while the defendants were visiting at a friend's summer cottage, the owner of the dwelling remarked that a pistol was kept...
