The real parties in interest are appellants (plaintiffs below) Gertrude McBroom and Henry J. Lauless, Jr.; and Russell Clark and wife, appellees. Appellants brought the action to establish their claim to an interest in their deceased father's land, as against a third child and his assigns, the Clarks.
