These petitions for review relate to an order of the National Labor Relations Board finding the employer in violation of Sections 8(a)(1), (3), and (5) of the Act. In No. 71-1406, the employer challenges the Board's findings that it discriminatorily transferred an employee to more onerous work, and refused to bargain in good faith.
