Harold Chester Guyette, through his attorney, Byron K. Meredith, Esq., has tendered a petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

In 1966, Petitioner was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment without possibility of parole. The conviction was affirmed by the Supreme Court of Nevada, 84 Nev. 160, 438 P.2d 244
