Appellant, Doris Viola Jenkins, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried, and convicted in the District Court of Logan County, Oklahoma for the offense of Being in Actual Physical Control of a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor. Her punishment was fixed at ten (10) days in the county jail and a fine of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and from said judgment and sentence, a timely appeal has been perfected...
