OPINION

PER CURIAM:

After a preliminary examination the appellant was bound over to the district court for trial on a charge of larceny from the person, a felony under NRS 205.270.1 He petitioned for a writ of habeas corpus, contending that there was insufficient evidence presented at the preliminary examination to hold him for trial. Upon the denial of habeas by the district court this appeal was taken.
