This is a venue case. The judgment of the trial court overruled the various pleas of privilege filed by the several defendants. South Texas Packers, Inc. (plaintiff) brought suit against Alford Refrigerated Warehouses, Inc. (hereafter called Alford) and Frozen Food Express, Inc.
