Appellant, Will Rogers Lee, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried, and convicted in the District Court of Kiowa County, Oklahoma, for the offense of In Actual Physical Control of a Motor Vehicle while under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor; his punishment was fixed at three hundred sixty-five (365) days in the County Jail and a fine of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00), and from said judgment and sentence...
