This is an action under the Labor Management Relations Act, with jurisdiction alleged pursuant to Section 303 thereof, 29 U.S.C. § 187. The complaint alleges that, prior to April 8, 1970, plaintiff sold a substantial quantity of an electrical product known as mineral insulated cable to the Electrolite Corporation, Inc.
