PER CURIAM:

Clifford H. Davis appeals from the denial by the District Court of his motion to vacate sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. We affirm.

Appellant was indicted by a federal grand jury sitting in Greenville, Mississippi, on January 30, 1968, for bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). He was tried by a jury, convicted and sentenced to serve fourteen years. We affirmed on direct appeal. See Davis v. United States, 5 Cir., 1969...
