This appeal is from a summary judgment.

During the months of January, February and December of 1966, the appellee remitted to the State Treasurer the sum of $100,815.15 which included $1,323.24 in unclaimed preferred stock dividends, $9,840.12 owing on uncashed checks and $90,711.99 in utility security deposits unclaimed by the owners thereof.
