Mitchell Engineering Company brought its suit against Charles E. Melton and his wife, Sibyl B. Melton, and Sterling A. Harrell and his wife, Geneva P. Harrell, to enforce a furnisher's lien on a lot in Cannon County owned by the defendants and described in the bill.
