Petitioner seeks review of the Decision and Order of the National Labor Relations Board finding that it had discharged an employee, J. D. Hobbs, in violation of § 8 (a) (3) of the National Labor Relations Act (29 U.S.C. §§ 151 et seq.), and that this discharge constituted an unfair labor practice in violation of § 8(a) (1). The Board makes cross-application for enforcement. The Board's Decision and Order is reported at 191 N.L.R.B....
