An adoption proceeding. Appellee, Edna Vela, filed her petition for adoption of Michael Anthony Rodriguez, a minor son of appellant, Felicitas Rodriguez. Appellant filed a written consent to such adoption, but prior to a hearing thereon, withdrew her consent. She subsequently filed a motion to dismiss said petition for adoption and a hearing on said motion was set by the trial court. Upon such hearing, the trial court dismissed appellee's petition...
