In this action, the plaintiffs, citizens and taxpayers of the towns of Shelburne and Williston, Vermont, seek to have the school board of the Champlain Valley Union High School District reapportioned. Although the plaintiffs originally sought to maintain this suit as a class action, they have withdrawn their class action allegations. Jurisdiction is based upon 28 U.S.C. § 1343(3)...
