MORRISON, Judge.

The offense is attempted burglary; the punishment, three (3) years.

Appellant's first ground of error challenges the sufficiency of the evidence. The record reflects that Dallas police officers, responding to a silent burglar alarm, apprehended the appellant, in an alley behind a business owned by Elmer Sitton, wearing gloves and in possession of a pry bar.
