Upon an indictment charging him with robbing Frankie Ferguson of $20, Sloan was convicted of robbery in the Criminal Court of Sullivan County and was sentenced to imprisonment for five years in the penitentiary, and has duly perfected an appeal in the nature of a writ of error to this Court.
