This appeal involves four separate parcels of land assessed for 1969 tax purposes by the Multnomah County Assessor. Plaintiffs unsuccessfully challenged the validity of these assessments before the Multnomah County Board of Equalization, then petitioned the Department of Revenue for review of the Equalization Board's action.
