This original proceeding for writs of prohibition and habeas corpus seeks to stop further action in the Eighth Judicial District Court upon an information filed independently by the Attorney General of Nevada with leave of that court, and to secure the petitioner's discharge from restraint occasioned thereby. The information purportedly was filed pursuant to the provisions of NRS 173.035...
