The appellant Naomi M. German was convicted by Judge Albert L. Sklar, sitting non-jury in the Criminal Court of Baltimore, of the unlawful possession of controlled paraphernalia adapted for the administration of controlled narcotics in violation of Md. Code, Art. 27, § 287(d) and sentenced to three years in prison. She appeals from this judgment.
