OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

This appeal arises out of a conviction for burglary with intent to commit theft. The punishment, enhanced under Article 62, Vernon's Ann.P.C., was assessed at 12 years.

The sufficiency of the evidence is not challenged. The record reflects that city police officers, who answered a silent burglar alarm in the early morning hours of December 13, 1969 at Crabtree's Electronics...
