The Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control suspended the license of S. Edward Hausner, t/a, Skyline Lounge, for possession of contraceptive devices and obscene literature in violation of Rules 9 and 17 of State Regulation 20. The Appellate Division affirmed (116 N.J.Super. 206 (1971)) and we granted certification (59 N.J. 526 (1971)).
