TIMBERS, Circuit Judge:

The only issues on appeal in this routine narcotics case which warrant brief mention are the alleged improper use by the prosecutor of Jencks Act1 statements and the prosecutor's reference in his summation to cross-examining "a man he thinks is a liar."

Appellants Leeds and Gilbert appeal from judgments of conviction entered upon a jury verdict after a four day trial in the Southern District of New York...
