Plaintiff initiated this action under the State's power of eminent domain to acquire 79.493 acres of defendants' land for the purpose of constructing an interchange for Interstate 80 and U.S. Highway 30 in Box Elder County, approximately 1 1/2 miles west of Snowville, Utah.
